Saturday 3:30pm to 5:00pm River Members BBQ

Due to Covid-19  our service currently only allow under 50 members to attend. 

When:

Saturday, September 12. Due to restrictions on the size of gatherings, we’ve chosen to break this into two time slots: 2:00 - 3:30, and 3:30 - 5:00.Sunday mornings. 

Where:

Boettcher’s place: 3223 Eldridge Rd.

Who:

In previous years we’ve used this as an outreach event, however this year due to the restrictions we’re focusing on our own River family. If you consider the River your family, you’re welcome to come!

What:

We’re grilling chicken & probably sausages and we’ll also have hot dogs available for the kids. Drinks will be provided, and we’ll have plates, napkins, cutlery as well.

PLEASE BRING:

- A side dish of some kind to share. Suggestions: salad, dessert, etc. If your dish needs a spoon or something for serving, please bring that too.

- Lawn chairs

- Outdoor games
